GFA-supported workers distribute gifts of financial empowerment and provision to thousands of families in need every year. But in order to keep blessing those families, we need partners to help provide for those gifts. Donations from across the globe can be the difference in blessing the impoverished and destitute in Asia.

Pray that faithful brothers and sisters around the world will rise up to help provide the gifts needed to bless impoverished families in Asia.

Gifts such as sewing machines, bicycles, goats, chickens and cows are among the many items that help families stabilize financially. For a gift to be truly impactful in helping bring a family fully out of poverty, it must last as long as possible—generational poverty isn’t broken in a day.

Pray these gifts will last a long time and bring significant income to those who need it.

Whether it be a struggling widow or a poor farmer, lives are being transformed through income-generating gifts. The burden, and sometimes even trauma, of living in destitution brings misery to adults and children alike. After receiving poverty-alleviating gifts from GFA-supported workers, these families now have the chance to change their lives.

Pray recipients will be truly blessed, both physically and emotionally.

Families trapped in poverty may feel as if no one cares for them. With seemingly no way out, they resign themselves to never escaping their circumstances. But, thanks to income-generating gifts distributed by GFA-supported workers, these families receive something many families like them have never experienced before: hope and the knowledge that God loves them.

Pray the love of God is clearly displayed through national workers and the gifts of blessing they give.

Thousands of families—even entire communities—have been helped through poverty-alleviating gifts. Sometimes, recipients of these gifts will go on to bless others in need, sharing what they were given to families in similar situations. In this way, through just one gift, several families in need can be blessed.
